I am severely dyslexic and just your self-confidence alone around neuro-typical people is a daily challenge. One of my friends who runs an advertising agency deliberately looks for people with neurodiversity traits like autism and dyslexia as they offer creativity and problem solving other neuro-typicals can only dream of. I wish more employers were that positive. Thanks for writing this article the more we lift the subject up, the more likely we are to influence change.
