So many businesses fail here and they don’t need to, they just don’t know what is required to drive successful business and get customers and investors really engaged.
I started working on business and product strategy as I found going out consulting that I couldn’t write a technical roadmap if the business didn’t first know what the product and business roadmap actually looked like.
Over many years now I have become adept at quickly putting structure and metrics around key business deliverables and creative flair to help answer the big questions.
